RELATE TO AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES ONLY, some remote areas may incur
additional charges. For over seas orders,

We offer a wide range of
products, some products are in stock, some are ordered as required
and others are sent to you direct from our suppliers.
Because of this and the fact that we use a variety of different
freight methods including Australia Post and couriers, we can't
give you an exact delivery date but we can tell you that most
items are received within 1 to 5 working days from payment
clearance but can take up to 10 days. Payment clearance
usually takes about 24 hours but can take up to 48 hours.
Products
We stock some items, some will
be ordered in as required and some will be shipped directly from
our supplier. We do monitor our suppliers stock frequently
but due to the amount of suppliers we use, we may on rare
occasions miss that a product is out of stock or has been deleted
from the range. For this reason we can not guarantee that
product is always available. In the event you order and pay
for a product that is out of stock or deleted we will advise you
ASAP and offer an alternate product and its correct price or
refund your money.
Payments
We accept Visa and MasterCard
through the Paymate and PayPal secure websites or you can pay via
direct deposit or money order. You can also phone,
fax or email your order and credit card details. If you
wish to pay via direct deposit or money order, simply list the
items you wish to purchase in an email
to us, we will then reply with the purchase total and our direct
deposit details. Please be aware that your goods will not be
shipped until your payment has cleared. Different payment
methods will have different clearance times. Credit card
payments, Paymate and PayPal usually take 24 to 48 hours
to clear but can take up to 72 hours, direct deposit usually
takes 48 hours but some banks can take up to 5 days and money
orders if sent via express post will be received overnight and
cleared straight away. Please consider these time frames
when deciding which payment method to use.
Delivery
We do not have a public
warehouse so you can not pick up your items, we deliver them to
your nominated address. We use a variety of different
delivery methods including Australia Post and couriers, because of
this we can't give you an exact delivery date but we can tell you

Important - Please Read: Couriers
are a necessary evil in our business, unfortunately they don't
care for you or your order as much as we do, so we ask the
following of you: When you receive your order please inspect
it thoroughly before signing for it and please do not give
authority to leave goods without signature. Once you give
authority or sign for the goods you are agreeing that they are
received in good condition and we are unable to make a claim
against them. Please check the delivery and if there is any
damage to the item or even just the box, please make sure it is
noted on the couriers docket, then email us ASAP.
Returns & Refunds
Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied
is of the utmost importance to us. If you are in any way
dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily
organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products
are returned to us in a saleable condition within 7 days of the
date it was delivered.
Making a Return
All returns for refund must be approved before
sending item. To return your item you can do so through Australia
Post. Simply place the returning item in an envelope, satchel
or box suitable for mail with a short note and post to.
Refunds
Boating 4x4 Camping process your refund via the
same method you used to pay.
The amount refunded will depend on the reason
for the return. If you have received:
- a faulty product or the wrong product, we
will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs or
simply exchange the item.
- a product that you no longer wish to
purchase, only the product cost can be refunded minus a 10%
restocking fee.
- a damaged product can not be replaced or
credited if you have signed for the product without noting the
damage.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY
THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT, IF IT IS DAMAGED MAKE SURE THE
DAMAGE IS NOTED ON THE COURIERS PAPERWORK PRIOR TO SIGNING AND DO
NOT GIVE THEM AUTHORITY TO LEAVE WITHOUT SIGNATURE, THIS MEANS YOU
ACCEPT THE CONDITION IT IS IN.
Once you have signed for or
given authority to leave we are then not able to offer a refund
because you have accepted the goods.
Exchanges
All exchanges must be approved prior to sending
the item.
Respect for Privacy
Any personal information that you submit will be
used simply to process your orders. We may email you on occassions
with product or website information that we feel you may be
interested in, you can unsubscribe from these emails at any time
by simply sending us a blank email with unsubscribe in the subject
line. You can also choose to receive information via our
newsletter, notifying you of important changes to our site or
offering you special promotions.
We are not involved in the selling, trading or
alternative unauthorised use of personal information. We promise
that we will not pass on your personal details to any other
organisations.
It is our promise that there is nobody more
important to us than you, and that we will provide you with
absolute shopping privacy.
