Diff breather kits are an essential item if you take your four wheel drive offroad.  Even if you don't go through water diff breathers are a must, they allow you to get the breathers up under the bonnet or other high areas out of dust and water, the filters will keep that air clean and eliminate that abrasive dust destroying your diff gears.  A very small investment now will save you a lot of coin later, and the best thing is you don't need to be a genius to install them.
